Victor Lipko is the founder of VALKO CONSULTING, LLC.

A US and UK national, Victor was educated in France and England, and worked in England, France, Italy, Germany and Spain before coming to the US with the Cartier Group in 1985.

He is fluent in French and Italian, and proficient in Spanish, German, and Polish.

His work has focused primarily on luxury accessories over the past 25 years. In addition to senior executive positions with the Cartier Group, he has been President of Paloma Picasso's accessory company, President of Christian Dior's US subsidiary, and CEO of the Judith Leiber Company.

In these capacities, he has directed the manufacturing, distribution, licensing and exporting of the full range of luxury accessories, and has successfully opened both freestanding retail stores and "shop in shop" concepts in the United States and international markets.

He has personal relationships with major retailers, manufacturers, and distributors in North America, Central America, Europe, Asia and Duty Free markets, as well as strong personal contacts with specialists in advertising, design, architecture, construction, executive recruitment, sales, trademark protection, distribution, licensing, real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
